Perhaps because the significant reduction of their habitat, perhaps because there is a system of trails protecting creeks in Toronto and its satellite cities, connecting green areas along them, and perhaps the tolerance of Canadians to their urban presence, coyotes can be seen wandering through a park in the middle of a big city.
The two coyotes in the video ignored completely my presence when they crossed my way less than 15 steps away. They are used to people. (Recorded at Centennial Park, Etobicoke, on Feb 2, 2020)
